"Clean room and the hotel itself was very clean, looked new, staff was great, breakfast was wonderful. We didn't plan to use the pool but it was being deep cleaned. The mountains were nice but we did look right into the Pepsi plant, which considering we turned onto Pepsi lane to be expected. This hotel and staff were great and extended expectation."
"The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and rude. Check in girl was wonderful and the casino floor wait staff were also nice. "
Navajo Dam Cabin, River Front, Fully Equipped "Bear Cabin" Rents 1 - 6 guests
10/10 Excellent
"This home, yes it will feel like a home, is decorated so beautifully. It is very clean. It has everything you will need to have a relaxing and comfortable visit. Connie, the host, is so sweet and kind. She met us when we arrived and talked about our home and the town. Connie was always available and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Are you a coffee drinker? You will love the coffee bar. Wait till you see it. The kitchen has all appliances you will need and more. All the dishes are so beautiful. Connie has staged the home where everyone and anyone will be comfortable. In the morning, be sure and take you coffee out on back porch and look at the scenery. Gorgeous mountains and the mesmerizing San Juan river are right there in front of you. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the recliners in the den and the large TV was wonderful. We will be back to visit our Navajo Dam home and our new friend Connie."
Private cabin 6 miles from Aztec, NM & 35 miles from Durango, Colorado
10/10 Excellent
"The best rental I've ever stayed in! Kathy's place is a serene, picture perfect haven where you can escape from the world, but still be close to amenities. You can see horses and mules just outside the back porch, wild geese, turkeys... and you'll be welcomed by birdsong in the morning. Kathy allowed us our privacy and the cabin is in a secluded spot, but she responded immediately to any messages or requests. You're just a few minutes from town with restaurants, grocery, and the beautiful Aztec national monument. The cabin had everything we needed and then some, and the dog-friendly fenced yard and washer/dryer were especially appreciated. If you're looking for a quiet, well-appointed place to relax and restore your soul, this is it."
"We had a great stay in Aztec. This property had stunning views and a great hot tub to enjoy. It was very tidy and more than enough space for our group of 6. Really enjoyed our stay."
