"Magnificent property that includes pretty much everything you could need on vacation. The pool was refreshing and there was plenty to do if you didn’t want to swim, including biking, kayaks, and games. Property is close to many restaurants but we chose to be lazy, lounge by the pool and read. We had pizza delivered and groceries delivered to make sandwiches, which worked great to optimize fun time. The kitchen had everything needed if you choose to cook. The ice maker stayed full even with lots of use. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets are large and the main bathroom is huge. That shower is amazing!Troy, our host, was excellent communicating with us. I can’t say enough about how much we loved staying here. We plan to do it again and will recommend this property to family and friends."

"We had an amazing vacation at Eight Palms! The house was beautiful and even better than the pictures show. Wonderful outdoor area with comfortable seating. The canal was so fun! We caught so many different types of fish and saw dolphins and manatee. The bedrooms were beautiful and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was excellent! Well stocked with everything we needed. Local shops and restaurants were wonderful. Cynthia was very easy to communicate with and always answered very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The pool was clean although it wasn’t heated the full week. We did get a partial refund on that. As for the cleanliness, it was not at all up to the standards you posted on your web sight. They offered to come and clean again, I expected it to be clean when we arrive. When we got in late Saturday that was the last thing we wanted is to have anyone come in and start doing a job that should have been done in the first place. The vacuum cleaner was so jammed packed it didn’t do much good. Our wives went through and cleaned the floors with the swifter. We had ants for three days before they were gone. Some of the dishes were put away dirty. Took five minutes to get hot water in the two back bathrooms. The drier in the laundry room had a broken button that made it very difficult to start and possibly dangerous as I had to stick my finger in where the button should have been. We are very disappointed in the way Global is not taking care of the property. All the other properties around this home had lush green grass and manicured shrubbery. The north side of the home had the water softener just spewing water as it was malfunctioning. So we had very hard water. And one other thing. This property had a new hot tub that we couldn’t use for two days. When turned on it foamed up to the point that it was spilling out the sides. Our family had rented VRBO many times in the past. This property by far worse than you can imagine. Hope they get squared away as this is a beautiful house. "
