"I asked 2 times service to the room and when I can back at night the room never received services. Finally, the front desk guy( a sweet Jamaican) help us and made beds for us, we xoukd enjoy a last night with clean bedsheets (Thanks for your support and pacient care) the laggon is not a big deal, but the free passes to zoo, land of nature and surrounding natural areas are worthy! Trail topteees is great and Wisconsin River beach near it is phenomenal! Finally, I could come back again if you promise to do the service to room in better time. Your room is good. Other guess could be noise at late night (grab earplugs with you)."

"When I first arrived the room was not as shown in pictures it was very small and dirty dust everywhere. And then we asked for linen sheets to be changed said they’d do it or bring them up and never did had to repeatedly ask for them. As for the pool/hot tub area definitely needs more attention as well"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property has a lot of potential, especially the beautiful lake views and relaxing atmosphere. However, we were disappointed by the number of things that were in disrepair when we arrived.There were several maintenance issues throughout the property, including a torn screen door, broken game room equipment, exposed wiring, a non-functioning door, and noticeable exterior erosion/sand buildup near one of the entrances. Most concerning was that one of the upper windows was covered by a tarp. While we understand that unexpected repairs happen, we really feel something like that should have been disclosed to us before arrival rather than discovered after check-in.Additionally, there was a construction crew at the property during two evenings of our stay building a new backyard playset. We were given notice, but it came only a few hours before they arrived rather than before our trip. The crew themselves were respectful and professional, but having active work taking place during our vacation definitely took away from the peaceful escape we were hoping for.Despite these issues, we still had a good overall time at the property. We just believe the condition of the home and the timing of ongoing work should have been communicated more transparently ahead of the stay."
