"The staff was awesome from the beginning Savier, was a true professional in helping us get signed in. The room was just perfect extremely clean and quiet everything in its proper place no complaints. The staff that cleaned the rooms everyday did a Wonderfull job just happened to catch the name of one of the employees Gina, was very accommodating. Breakfast everyday was just right. All the food prepared tasted great. The staff kept everything full no shortage of food. Again thanks for the big variety of food for breakfast from fruits to breads cereal and meats. One can only hope for all places were this accommodating to their host. With the parking no exceptions they even have over flow to help with special events. One thing for sure Security was on point in the parking lot they checked everything to make sure everyone was safe. Thanks again Hyatt Place Manatí, looking forward for next visit. We recommend this Hotel to every one. Top true professionals that show pride in their work and show they love what they do."
