"OK, this hotel was built in the 40s and renovated in 2010. It is cute and modern. The dining room was not open as it was a national holiday, still they should provide services regardless. "Excellent base for my trip to Xativa Castle. Hotel based right next to entry gate (still need to walk up the winding road- only takes 15mins to walk to castle). Hotel grounds are beautiful with excellent view of Xativa. Room was spacious with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom-shower and separate bath. Had own small terrace with table and 2 seats. Breakfast was brilliant -set in glass walled tent-great range and staff v friendly. Would advise getting snacks when in town - room fridge only has well priced beer and soft drinks. Hotel might benefit from vending machine as it is a bit of a walk into town (downhill there,uphill on return)."
