Super staff
Loved the European breakfast. I made my own fresh squeezed oj. Great cheeses, meats and breads. We had trouble with our rental car, but the front clerk was a great help.

Fairly basic hotel but great location for the historic town and good breakfast. Very nice restaurant next door, Le 1 de La Place. Parking at the nearby Hotel de Ville park is expensive for 24 hours but overnight 21:00 to 8:00 is OK at 4 Euro. Jean Monnet parking is free, about 8 mins walk from hotel.

Great staff, easy to get to, clean but the place could use freshening up. Dingy carpets, towel racks loose, caulk was peeling from shower.

This place was a hidden gem to me. I had never been to Dinan before, was only there for one full day and wish I had more time in Dinan. My room was on the 3rd level and had a perfect view of the turnabout and nearby stores and restaurants. The staff were great and I had zero problems there.

One shower with no doors or curtain soaked entire bathroom. Another room with no hot water. The WI-FI and computer system was down the entire stay.

Wonderful staff - helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Room was clean, and bed was very clean. Air conditioner did not work to address unseasonably warm temperatures, meaning the room was very hot.

Great location, comfortable night!
Great location right in the centre with some nice bars, restaurants within a few minutes walk and a handy supermarket just opposite. Rooms comfortable. Shower great. Tea/coffee available beside the lift at reception. UHT milk sachets would be great so to avoid disturbing the staff for some milk. Parked in the centre ville car park next door. Was €10 for 24h.

Great hotel, fantastic service.
We loved this hotel and we loved Dinan. The inclusive breakfast was delicious - freshly squeezed OJ is a treat! Staff were super helpful on recommending a walking tour of this beautiful town.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The hotel is in a perfect central location for a visit to Dinan as well as being close to other beautiful towns such as St Malo & Dinard. Staff at the hotel are very pleasant & the room we had was very comfortable. Continental buffet breakfast is perfect to start a day of wandering through this lovely medieval town.

Absolutely awful. The room was too noisy to sleep in which the receptionist acknowledged next morning. Room 304 meant there was continual traffic and nightclub bar music. She suggested we should have asked to change rooms at 1am as it is like this every Friday. They would not refund our money but I shall be writing to head office to complain on my return. It ruined our stay and was totally unacceptable after a long days drive

The hotel is well-located within Dinan and an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. However, we were given Room #1 located on the first floor, in a little back hallway behind the dining area, through a swinging door, up about 8 stairs and next to a common restroom. It was a tiny room with barely enough space to walk around the bed and a tiny bathroom with barely enough room for the door to open -- it felt like an RV or small cabin on a cruise ship. Our small window overlooked an alley where the adjacent business had placed all their trash for pickup. There was an odor of sewer gas permeating the room at times. We asked to be moved and were told they were sorry, but they were fully booked and had no other rooms to give us. Very disappointing.

Great location. Comfortable. Breakfast very busy at peak times. Struggled to find somewhere to sit. Some food ran out and wasnt replenished. Otherwise very good.

Ibis Styles Dinan Centre Ville is within walking distance to attractions in Dinan. Day tripping to St-Malo, which I highly recommend, starts practically at Ibis’s Door steps.

A three day stay in Dinan
Excellent central location with the bars and restaurants on your door step, I would come back to this hote. Breakfast was included, serving a variety of fruit, breads, pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese, hams, yogurts and a selection of hot drinks. Friendly and helpful staff.
