Good spot for an overnight stay to break up the journey, next the motorway and in an area of loads of other chain hotels. This chain's main USP is the comfort of the beds and pillows. Breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel is OK. BUT it is the 1st time I realized that when I chose to do payment at the hotel, the USD currency rate in the expedia would be changed to Euro Currency 1 to 1 conversion. It is a surprise!!

I'd stay here again
The hotel was nice but dated. The location was good. It was just a short walk to downtown. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. There was plenty of onsite parking. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Great stop off point
Very convenient stopping point on the drive from Calais to Nice. Clean, comfortable, good value for money, great location two minutes off the motorway. Perfect for what we wanted.

About 20 minutes on foot from the Beaune center
About 20 minutes on foot away from the Beaune center. W decent hotel for an overnight stop over. Our room was small but clean and functional. Staff were friendly. Free car parking at the hotel in a gated enclosure.

A surprisingly pleasant stay.
This was just a stop-over on a long journey so we weren't looking for a lot - and didn't expect it from a modern, industrial-estate hotel, but we were really impressed. Very comfortably appointed (note the special memory foam pillows), clean and well looked-after. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Kettles in the rooms are an unusual bonus in France and very welcome. The hotel is situated very conveniently on the outskirts of Beaune and, despite being near the motorway, it was very quiet (even with a coach party there at the same time). The dinner was excellently prepared and well presented, and the staff made it a very pleasant evening. We'll definitely be back next year.

Choose carefully within all hotels in this group.
A convenient stop just off the motorway and within walking distance of an American grill eatery which was really good. We paid for breakfast which was mediocre for the price . The cooked breakfast ran out and was replaced after some time with scrambled eggs and a few scraps of bacon. An expensive experience. This is part of a hotel group with includes the campanile wher we stayed the previous night in Reims and had a very different experience. More upmarket with a lovely breakfast. We stayed in a Kriad in Dijon a couple of years before which looked either new or had been recently refurbished so a very mixed experience. I guess you take your chance but out of the two I'd stay in a Campinile over the Kyriad unless I knew it had been updated. The carpets were shabby and appeared unhoovered with crumbs and bits on them. Staff were okay and laid back. Good location for getting into town.

What are you looking for? Two weeks holiday accommodation, well this is not the place. A night whilst traveling to the south of France, ideal. Just off the motorway, restaurants nearby and in-house plus cheap fuel at the Carrafour supermarket locally.

Room was comfortable with daily housekeeping. Great variety of dining options around the hotel, but not recommended to dine inside the hotel. Breakfast was acceptable. Great distance from city centre, only 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot. Various winery and wine museum within 20 minutes drive.

This hotel was awful. The first room they gave us had mold on the walls, ants in the bathroom, and stunk like fish. Need I say more. Because it was 11 at night, we requested a new room that was better, but smelled as if it was drenched in febreeze to cover up the moldy smell. I would not recommend this hotel.

Overpriced small smoky room
We had a very bad experience with this hotel. To start with, the room smelt horribly to tobacco. When we talked to the receptionist, who could not speak English fluently enough, he said that the rooms were for non-smokers and that that was not possible. He followed us to the room and after some very dramatic deep breaths, he claimed that he could not smell anything different to usual. In addition, the door to the bathroom was broken and the shower/tub had a leak. On the positive side, the hotel is in a nice location and includes free parking and wifi in the price. I should say that the discount shown in the webpage is fake according to the prices shown in the room. Nothing in this hotel is very crystal clear

Great little hotel for an overnight stopover
The hotel is a no frills hotel but pleasant enough. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We took 3 rooms. The rooms were fairly clean - a few pubic hairs found in the bathroom of our room but the bathroom itself was perfectly adequate. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. The room was a little warm for us but the air-con did not seem to produce any cold air regardless of temp setting. We opened the window instead and left it open all night, which was fine. There is a bar and a dining area next to the reception. The bar sells a very small but very agreeable selection of the region's wines which can be bought by the bottle or carafe of various sizes - I recommend the Haute Cotes de Beaune 2011. We used the dining area for breakfast which was a delicious, plentiful and varied buffet. The car park has plenty of spaces.

Very good value hotel. Bathroom on the small side but O.K. Our meal in the restaurant was good and the staff very helpful. It is a bit far from the town centre but the walk only took about 15 minutes.

Nice hotel, convenient to town
We used the Kyraid at Beaune for a one night stop whilst travelling through France. It was ideal for that purpose being convenient to the town and not only has its own restaurant but is close to other eating places. Facilities are OK for a single night stop but know that we would not have been happy for a longer stay.

Basic Hotel 1 Mile from Beaune Center
Stay at hotel was fine. Room was small and basic but clean and with decent shower. There is a path from the hotel to walk to the town which takes about 20 minutes to walk or is about 5 minutes by car. It is in an area that houses numerous basic hotels. Hotel halls had slight odor but room seemed fine although we always had an open window. Hotel has restaurant for meals although the town of Beaune has many nice places to eat. Easy to run/jog in the countryside or toward town from the hotel because of the path that runs right outside of the hotel.

Comfortable and honest.
Straightforward comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Beaune in 'hotel city'. Decent restaurant with local specialities - fortunate as Beaune is a short drive away. Good buffet breakfast. Bowling alley/nightclub nearby.

Poor service on the day
On arrival we were welcomed very politely but was not informed there had been a serious problem with the foul waste infrastructure in a room on our floor. The room door was open and it could be seen that the toilet system had had a failure. The door being left open, supposedly to air the room, filled the corridor with the most awful smell. Overnight the door had been closed and the smell therefore was reduced but not eradicated. We decided that as our room was far enough away and beyond the smell we would not complain. The restaurant had a limited menu but value for money, however my wife has various allergies and a list (in French) was presented to the waiter unfortunately although the list was handed to the chef the salad was delivered covered in balsamic vinegar. By this time after a long day on the road we called it a day and retired to our room.
