Kommunikation war sehr gut und Sie war auch dankbar, das wir ein paar Mängel mitgeteilt haben. Cons: Die Küche ist uns leider zu minimalistisch ausgestattet. Ein Sieb, eine normale große Kaffeemaschine, ein größerer Topf usw. würde manches einfacher machen. Es hat sicherlich jeder andere Ansprüche, aber uns ist es wichtig, da...

"Pros: Wow! Our time here was amazing! When we arrived we met the host, Joan, who was incredibly welcoming. He gave us a tour of the house and showed us how everything worked, as well as giving us tips about things to do in Mallorca. The house itself was wonderful. It is so well decorated and had everything that we needed during our stay. The outdoor space was amazing as well. We loved using the pool to cool down after a hot day exploring the island. "Paco and Conchi welcomed us like kings, they prepared a dinner with beverages when we arrived and showed us around. The finca is surrounded by many fruit trees and a beautiful garden. It is situated in the middle of the island with easy access to everything like hospital, supermarket, Palma... We will probably book the finca again because we were very content."

"The villa could be a treasure for its place, its pool and conception. However we had many issues in it. Keylocker gave us keys with one key broken in the door. Then the swimming pool was not clean and even if we talked with homerti immediately about it we needed to wait 5 days to have it cleaned. A shame when the rent is only for 7 days. Homerti only make the motors run for 8h per day which is not enough for a pool during august! And no refund proposed by them!"
