Located in Costitx, this spectacular home for 6 people is situated in a very quiet area, ideal for enjoying the peace and rural charm of the island.

The house features a spacious fully furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Next to it extends a 7 x 3 meter pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, where you can sunbathe or read a good book under the shade of an olive tree. It also has a barbecue, ideal for enjoying meals and dinners with family or friends.

Inside, the home offers a cozy and bright living room with a large sofa, perfect for resting after a day of excursion or enjoying a movie. In the same room, there is a small dining area, ideal for snacks or family moments.

The fully equipped American kitchen has everything necessary to prepare delicious recipes. Next to it is a larger dining room, designed to enjoy a good breakfast or group meals. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with access to a balcony with magnificent views, as well as another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a room with a desk, ideal for working or studying, also equipped with toys for children. The second bathroom with a bathtub is located here.

Unforgettable holidays

We are a group of five friends who were looking for a holiday in Mallorca. We absolutely loved it because we were able to relax on the sunbeds and swim in the pool, which we had completely to ourselves. The kitchen is spacious, and we could all cook together as it is large and fully equipped with everything we needed. The living room is very big, and we enjoyed watching movies there. It truly felt like a dream because the house is fully equipped to enjoy the perfect holiday.

Hemos disfrutado en familia

Lo que más me ha gustado es que tenía una barbacoa perfecta para preparar las comidas de mi familia. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo nadando en la piscina, viendo sus canales favoritos en la televisión y durmiendo cómodamente en camas individuales. Justo al lado, además, hay una habitación ideal para que puedan jugar. La casa es preciosa y está muy bien ubicada teníamos tiendas cerca para poder comprar todo lo necesario. La recomiendo totalmente y, en nuestras próximas vacaciones, queremos volver en invierno para disfrutar de la chimenea.

Wir werden wieder hier wohnen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen, da es sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und wir haben den Pool in vollen Zügen genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig liegt alles in der Nähe. Wir suchten Ruhe, und dieses Haus hat sie uns definitiv gegeben. Wir werden für unseren nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Great holiday in a lovely house with very helpful owners.

Had a great holiday in this charming house. The owners Xisca and Bill couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed playing table tennis and when we were paid a visit by the owners to check everything was ok (it was all great) we joked about needing floodlights to play into the night...the next day they were round with a floodlight to allow us to play after dark!!! (it didn’t help me win). They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is well equipped for a holiday stay and the pool was small but more than ample for us with small children. Thank you for a happy holiday.

Myself and my family really enjoyed our stay in Costitx and Xisca was a great host. It's a lovely little town and allowed us to travel the whole island within a timely fashion. We did have a car though. The house itself was clean, had good amenities, had plenty of space, a nice pool and ample shade, very welcome as the temperature was quite high during our visit.
