A little confusing to find because its mostly labelled Milano Hotel, but check in and parking are across the road with the main hotel area. Lovely staff were very helpful once we found our way. "This was an amazing find! The room was spacious with a separate dressing area and huge bathroom and spotlessly clean. The staff of this family-run hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The fix-priced menu for dinner was excellent and inexpensive and breakfast was brilliant with scrambled eggs made to order and a wide selection of savoury and sweet items. Great value for money and definitely to be recommended. "

"The photo advertising Hotel Ulivi could have been taken from our room. We had a lovely view across the grounds, pool, and on to the lake and mountains. We liked the hotel’s location. It was easy to walk along the lake, walk to restaurants, and to Sarnico, an adjacent town, as well as access the road networks to travel around the area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had pleasant interactions with hotel staff. There is underground parking if traveling by car, with direct access to the hotel. It was still too chilly to access the pool, but it looked inviting."
