The largest was we were unable to get into the apartment with the key thatwas left for us. A neighbor attempted to help us as well and they wereunsuccessful and commented that "they probably left the wrong keyagain." We contacted the host and they arrived after 2 hours and theywere unable to open the door with the key...

"It was absolutely delightful very clean. People were very friendly. My only concern and it wasn’t nothing to do with them was the language barrier I didn’t speak Portuguese very well, so it was hard to get through that but we found people that also spoke English so it turned out to be great so I really don’t have any complaints. I’d recommend this property to stay five star."
