it was very nice location in Cervo porto, but I wouldn't have 7 nights as we did 4 night will be enough, to see other city you need to have taxi which is very expensive as there no public transport to do that you need to fly or hire car, the staff are very nice,helpful,breakfast is very good.

Beautiful area, very quiet in April
Made very welcome, the hotel management and staff were polite and most helpful. April is very early in the season so be mindful that not every restaurant or local facilities are open. The Costa Smeralda area is very beautiful and a perfect area for sailing.

Middle of costa Smeralda 10 min from everything and center of town and you can use romazzino, cala di volpe and patrizzia facilities phenomenal pleasant experience

Likes: - Fantastic service - on arrival we were met by the concierge at the car park (valet currently unavailable due to COVID reasons) but allowed us to park in front of the hotel to drop off bags and then self-park (complimentary) behind the property where we were met by the concierge who took us back to the hotel - Delayed check-out provided on request (we were given 1 hour) - Beautiful location and hotel, walks straight into the high-end shopping area/bars/restaurants (£££) - Private beach (not on site - transit via hotel boat at certain times) - wonderful. Toilets on beach but no bar (think you can arrange with the hotel for food/drink, other people were getting cool box deliveries?) - Complimentary local drinking water every day in the room - No coffee machine/kettle but complimentary tea/coffee from room service every morning (on request) Dislikes: - Price of the area in general- very expensive (restaurants linked to the hotel very expensive for both food and drinks... think might have been ~20 euro for aperol spritz - Multiple insect bites during sleep (likely mosquito based on presentation); I happened to discuss this with the concierge after a few days and they did provide me with plug-in repellants and a fan... perhaps this should be a standard fitting... it unfortunately did negatively effect the holiday. Saw that housekeeping did open all windows during cleaning during day, perhaps avoidance at this time of the year is wise? Perhaps I was very unlucky!

Super service and very clean, but not sustainable
Great service and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also very well and offered a lot of different options. Our room got cleaned about 2-3 times a day and they changed the towels and "used" soaps each time, which was totally not necesary and was definitley not ecofriendly/sustainable. I hope they will change into a more eco-friendliy enviroment in the future.

Great location
Amazing location, right in the centre of Porto Cervo, with all the luxury shopping around the hotel. The only is there is no beach at the hotel, however, the hotel provides you with the boat that takes you to their beach. They also grant you access to some other hotel affiliated beaches.

The air conditioning in our room did not work, the bathroom was a small as the smallest Holiday Inn. I have been Booking with you for many many years I’ve never complained about one of the hotels. But for the price I paid it was a true disappointment.

Nice for a night
Hmmm-. We spent a few nights here on our honeymoon. Although we had a lovely time,we were happy to have only stayed the few nights. The town Porto Cervo itself was built in the 60s, so is not the old traditional Italian town you might expect. Super yachts yes, big brands yes, but it lacks the charm of old Port towns gone fancy such as St. Tropez. The hotel itself is ideally located next to Vuitton and all the other brands you might expect. The pool is so so, their private beach is a 15 minute shuttle ride away and is lovely. The staff are wonderful, but the hotel is a little 'tired' and outdated. Stay here for a lovely quick in and out stay, but for a longer stay opt for a resort outside of town for better value (still very expensive). The water is where it is at. If you don't book a boat, dinghy, or a canoe (lol!)- you are missing out of the Costa Smeralda's entire raison d'être. If I were rich enough I would sail in on my yacht, enjoy the waters for a few days, only go into town for a nice bite and cocktail and then zip staright back to my private floating home to move on.

Beautiful Sardinian style rooms in a wonderful hotel with an excellent location in the middle of all the shops and restaurants in Porto Cervo. The staff was top-notch and very professional in all respects. The plentiful breakfast buffet covered all the bases. You should be advised however that most all shops and restaurants in PC are closed in October.

Great hotel in a perfect part of the world
Planned to stay 3 nights, added a fourth (skipping a planned night in Florence) because both the hotel and this part of northern Sardinia are very special. Of special note at the hotel is the concierge service - excellent restaurant recommendations- the buffet breakfast, and the overall excellence of all the staff. The property itself (and all of Porto Cervo) is a large development, not part of anything authentic or historical in Sardinia but, nonetheless, it is all of the highest quality. We went in the off- season (late October) and had perfect weather and no crowds, but be prepared for about 90% of things (stores, restaurants etc) to be closed

Perfect honeymoon hotel and location
Spectacular and luxurious area to visit, hotel was really great with lots of very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and facilities , with the speed boat to the beach being a particular highlight, with super friendly boat captain Diego . Great Concierge assistantance from Christian and attentive beach & pool staff. As well as a great breakfast experience, this hotel has everything needed for a short stay or long luxury holiday .

Not a 5 Star Hotel. Don’t be fooled by other revie
This place is horrible! The hotel smells, and has super outdated rooms. I travel very often and I must say this hotel is the worst 5 star I have ever stayed at. It is closer to a motel 6 than a 5 star. The staff is also very disorganized. From the moment we arrived no one was even there to take our car or our bags. We had to park the car and come inside to ask for assistance and for the car to be taken. It just started there.... The breakfast is pretty bad as well. Lots of flies flying around IN THE FOOD. The only good thing is it’s location, but it is not worth the money or place. I wish Four Seasons would come buy this place instead of the Sheraton. MAJOR upgrading needs to happen here.

As an opportunity to grow and to enhance the service that we provide, your comment has already been shared with the entire staff. Our concierge is at your disposal 24/7 for any necessity and request: it will be in my concern to double check the reasons why you were not welcomed as usual. Regarding the breakfast, it follows the guidelines of the Sheraton brand in terms of quality and disposition: I would like to assure that we are doing everything, according to the health regulation, to avoid flies but it is not easy given that our breakfast is open air.
