Independent in Costa de la Luz

"Generally a nice stay, room was modern and clean, breakfast was great. Good bus links into Cadiz. We’ve marked it down because the outdoor pool & rooftop bar weren’t open during our stay in late March. We felt that this could have been made clear at the point of booking and unfortunately the pool opened on the day we left. When asked prior to arrival if the pool could be opened any earlier, this could not be accommodated. "

"On arrival the hotel staff were great; polite, helpful and good humoured. The room was very clean and tidy and we appreciated the complimentary water. To have a view over the sea was worth paying a little extra for. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of items on offer to suit all tastes and dietary needs. The location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to the beach and the town itself. "

"This is a wonderful hotel and every member of staff we encountered were so pleasant, friendly and professional. They are a credit to their employer. We had a two night stay as we wanted to visit Gibraltar and was able to walk in as it literally is 10 minutes walk to the border. Secure parking in their underground parking was a reasonable €12 per day. The bar prices were really cheap for a nightcap and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in any hotel I have ever stayed anywhere in Europe. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "
