There’s not much choice in the area, this was like being in a Hotel 6 with IKEA dining. No fan, no AC, old towels, uncomfortable bed and bedding. Only saving grace was having our balcony door open to hear the ocean waves.

Excellent customer service at from Desk. Maite, And and Monica are the best and deserve a special commendation. Yen was very helpful and attentive at dinner time. I would recommend this place with no hesitation. The only substandard issue was the poor and intermitent WIFI. I'm shock as normally WIFI is excellent in Europe. Room to improve

Just exactly what we were looking for...a place on the beach that was a little quieter than Salou. We did just breakfast and then enjoyed the local eateries for snack and dinner. Worked perfectly for us. Rooms were very nice with a good balcony to enjoy the morning and evening breezes. Had no problem finding beach chairs on the sides, pool side was pretty busy. Lots of families but the sides were quieter.

Good hotel, bad bike rental
The hotel is just at the beach, clean and spacious. We took a superior room but i suspect regular rooms are just as fine with just windows facing the outer side (which might even be better if you don't want to hear the party from the courtyard). However, DO NOT rent bicycles from the hotel. The bikes that the hotel has for renting out (although they belong to another company) are very low quality: the gear system didn't work properly, handles were dirty, and overall maintenance was poor. The are a number of other bike vendors outside the hotel just on the street, so just keep that in mind. The cycling path along the beach itself is wonderful :)

Perfectly fine, clean room, and a hotel with lots of amenities. Friendly staff. But I'm a little surprised it's rated a 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel
Really nice hotel. Staff are really helpful and nice. The only thing that lets the rooms down is two bed put together as they end up splitting when sleeping at night so there’s a massive gap not comfy.

Great location just outside of main Salou centre. Lovely beach front walk into town. It was just an overnight stay enroute to meet family. We couldn’t have picked a better place with a quality room and great selection at breakfast in the morning.

Lovely upmarket hotel in picturesque part of cambr
Lovely resort perfect for family holiday . Away from noise and chaos of salou but near enough to Cambrils if you choose to go in and walkable to salou if that’s what floats your boat ? Not many English families there so limited friends for my son to play with but may have been week we chose . All German Russian and Spanish but all friendly enough just language barrier for a young 9 year old ! However excellent hotel next to beach really safe and daily maid service . Breakfast resembles wacky races but most buffet style do . Bacon the worst yet I’m afraid but we are used to it !! All in all excellent holiday and we will be back . Checked out late and got use of room to shower clean towels and store luggage etc so was hassle free 😀

We choose this hotel for a sea view room an parking option, our room was poor sea side view and parking wasn't available. At the time of the check in I asked to help with my luggage but the hotel doesn't have bellboy available, they can afford an extra salary for a bellboy as explained for the receptionist... Very dissapointed for the price that we paid!

Great little break.
Really enjoyed our short 3 night break at the hotel. Played football in the nearby Futbol Park (12 Euro taxi ride) and had a day visit to Tarragona. Bus stop to Barcelona and Reus Airport at the front door. On the beach front and plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. Very hard to fault for the price.

Lovely family hotel close to beach great kids club
Good food choice helpful friendly staff great evening and daily entertainment my only concern where uncontrollable toddlers/children and too much smoking also needs to be firm rules regarding reserving pool beds although there where plenty they were all reserved all day by guest not coming to use them hence having to get up early to move sunbeds from stock piles and arrange them and find umbrellas and concrete stands and hope no one helped them self to your umbrella while having your breakfast I found this stressful I would recommend out of school holidays for a lovely stay

Great hotel to relax in
Perfect stay really, and turns out to be close to go karting and theme parks which was perfect for my fiance and I. The rooms could be better insulated for sound, and housekeeping could be improved, but these are the only small negatives I found.

Went for a weeks 'relaxation', stayed here before over the years and never had any problems. This time though the food in the restaurant wasn't the greatest and we ended up eating out most nights. Still a very nice hotel and suited us for what we went away for.

This was my 7th time to stay in this hotel.
We had a lovely room with a great poolside and beach view, room was cleaned everyday. We always found something nice to eat, they cater more for the Russians, if would be great if they catered more for english, breakfast was excellent, dinner loads of salads deserts were wonderful, as I said we always found something to eat, you certainly would not go hungry. I dont wish to complain about this hotel, because every time we go we come back and start saving to go back again, it ticks all the boxes for us, we are a couple in our 50s.

Das Hotel ist toll, die umgebung hamer!!👍 Da das Hotel 2 Std. vom Flughafen ist wäre ein transit optimal den in der gegend hat es beinahe hotel an hotel!. Ich kann das hotel wirklich empfelen.

Hôtel qualité/prix parfait. Hôtel propre, très bien situé (mi distance entre Cambrils et Salou). La restauration est très correcte pour un 4*, une vraie paëlla aurait pu être proposée en une semaine de séjour. Le système d'ouverture des chambres avec le bracelet électronique est vraiment une superbe idée. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse, grande salle de bain, terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Points négatifs : - la disponibilité des transats autour de la piscine. Les personnes réservent leur place très tôt mais ne les utilisent pas de la journée ! donc nous avons profité de la mer à proximité et pas de la piscine ! - le parking : très petit parking à l’hôtel, non réservable à l'avance. Pour nous c'était un très gros point négatif par rapport au standing de cet hôtel ! La solution pour le parking : un parking surveillé et fermé moins cher à quelques mètres de l'hôtel.

Hôtel au top
Situation de l'hôtel idéale en bord de plage, et pour ceux qui préfèrent la piscine il y a toujours un bain de soleil à disposition, prestations au top, buffet qualitatif et varié, chambre spacieuse et literie XXL, spectacles proposés chaque soir par des groupes de bonne qualité, très bon hôtel nous revenons chaque année.

Op zich prima verblijf, helaas overspoeld met Nederlanders, waarvan sommige zich helaas als bezopen dwazen gedragen. Schreeuwend tegen elkaar en personeel wat er niks aan doet. Gevolg huilende kinderen. eten is eigenlijk elke dag het zelfde, geen speciale avonden o.i.d. Entertainment is zeer luid, >90db (Buiten gemeten, binnen nog harder) verklaard waarschijnlijk ook waarom bovenstaande naar elkaar schreeuwen. Verder wel lekker aan het strand, helaas wel voorzien van de nodige hoeveelheid plastic zooi uit zee

Séjour agréable personnel dynamique accueillant chaleureux que ce soit le personnel de restauration, d’accueil, ou de nettoyage tout le monde était au petit soin vraiment un séjour agréable buffet varié et de très bonne qualité, hôtel face à la plage avec piscine pas besoin de voiture tout peut se faire a pied petit commerce de proximité, les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Nous y retournerons volontiers.
