"I traveled to Cartagena on a solo trip from June 13th to 14th to reset from a long school year! The stay was amazing! My flight got delayed, so I ended up getting in after midnight. The hotel had a staff member present who opened the door, and I was able to check in at the front desk. During the stay, they offered activities throughout the week, and the pool was very nice. I only ate at the hotel twice, but both meals were good. The chicken pasta was great. The rooftop was closed all week, so I didn't get the chance to experience it. Overall, the hotel was great, and I would stay there again."

"The property is located close to the walled city and on the beach. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suites and they were both beautiful They were nice sized and spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable. They have cabs available infront which facilitated transpotation and were better priced than Uber. The food was good, not many resturants on site but the breakfast was genuine to Colombia and the foood was good and fresh"

"My family has visited this property for 5 consecutive year. People are nice, good food, and it is too easy for visiting the city. This year caught our attention the reduction of services and amenities in the area of “Torre Del Mar” . For example, the restaurant do not work from Monday to Thursday, so everyone must go to “Casa Playa” for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One of the best area is the “bar Fogón “ - with its grill and pool- but it only worked when hotel occupancy is high. Also, many of the kid’s activities were not like in previous years. The hotel staff informed us that this situation was due to low occupancy in June. We don’t think this is fair to guests who pay the same room rate as in July or August."
