8/10 Good

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom suite with pool view and balcony, great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The rooms are a little tired looking and could do with an update (floor chipped and smoke detectors were covered in plastic for some reason), the main living area not very cosy and could’ve been furnished a little better. Comfy beds though and good water pressure in shower. Cleaners thew away my contact lens case which was a little annoying. Kids enjoyed the pool, we were there in July and it was very busy towards the end of the day but could always find a sun lounger. Breakfast was good with lots of options."

"This hotel is well taken care of, crisp white sheets and towels. They have an amazing pool and offer a great beach club as well. The location is quiet but right next to everything you need. My one request would be for them to not fill the room fridge as they do with their own drinks they want you to buy. They have a 24/7 bar if people want to buy drinks they can go there and buy them. We bought our own drinks and fruits and had no space in the fridge."

"Faultless stay — we’ll definitely be back! I honestly couldn't find a single thing to complain about; everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The property itself is excellent and exceptionally well maintained. Our room was wonderfully spacious and bright, but the real highlight was the incredible views—both right from our window and looking out toward the nearby castle. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back again in the future!"

"The staff was very friendly and professional, everything was very clean, really great cleaning team, both inside the rooms and all over the hotel. Good breakfast, food and drink are good quality. Even though we feel both the pool and the hotel need a little updating, we absolutely love the pool. The location is also great, very close to the beaches."

Paulo was extremely effective with communication and always in timely fashion.The home was extremely spacious with great amenities, and the location was perfect for our needs where we can travel to a variety of sites around Portugal.The location of the home is very quiet and comfortable."
