"Spectacular views. Indescribably peaceful and grounding; like no other place i have ever experienced, and effortlessly so. Gorgeous pool with serene, beautiful birdsong including doves. Incredibly delicious, nourishing food made woth love and the freshest, healthiest, local, seasonal ingredients in traditional Alantejo way. Superb stay. My son and I both did not want to leave! We will be back!"
"The beach was beautiful, the small bar serving the Beach gave it a true local feel. The people were all very friendly. The most amazing gem was the Restaurant just up the street, a true Oasis in an otherwise somewhat barren area."
"The Quinta Amala was an amazing place. The location with the view over the landscape with rice fields and pine woods was beautiful. Each cabana, house, had privacy and were souronded by beautiful plants and flowers. Beautiful architecture of the houses, the pool area, lounges and dining room.
We felt close to nature, silent and relaxing.
The food was also very good, including the breakfast with local food.
The staff were all very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and well taken care...
"We were uncertain we were at the right property as it is quite remote. We were pleasantly surprised at how peaceful, clean and modern the room was. Good breakfast was provided with variety and whole food. Too cold for the pool but it was clean. Closer to Porto Covo than Sines"

One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "
