"It was a long day of traveling and I was initially bummed that there wasn't a window in the apartment and I couldn't find the hairdryer and there wasn't shampoo.... "Lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was the bracelet-making activity for children. My little one absolutely loved it! I only wish there had been more children’s activities available, especially on Fridays and over the weekend. We also attended the Surplus BBQ Gala Dinner, which was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel. The only areas for improvement would be to offer a bit more variety on the menu at Atrio and perhaps include a small welcome treat or goodies in the room on arrival to make guests feel even more special."
