Great service

We literally went from the airport in Rome after flying in from Bari at 10:00pm and left the next morning at 6:45. The owners greeted us, walked us to our room, got a cab for us to get to the airport the next morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning our cab was early and they sent us off with a bag full of snacks since we would not be able to have breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night and all of the staff members were incredibly helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the restaurant was top notch and conveniently located on the second floor. We enjoyed the bountiful buffet breakfast and we were able to order latte macchiatos (two with soy milk) that were delicious. They did a great job offering gluten-free options at the restaurant and buffet breakfast. We would stay here again!

Our dining experience was amazing. Chef Giordano was very attentive and professional. Our servers made our dinner enjoyable. I didn’t like the fact that there was nobody attending the lobby bar. They had to call somebody from the restaurant to serve us every time we needed a drink.

The perfect place to stay

The first thing to say is "WOW", what a great place to stay - the entire place was beautiful and was such a perfect stop on our trip to Sicilia. The room was so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave. The food was incredible and the staff was just over the top awesome !!! We are very picky when we travel about cleanliness, value and customer service - we were so pleased that everything was even better than advertised - we will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance !!!! Bellisimo !! Bella !! Perfetto !!

Awesome hotel with a great chef!

Loved my experience with the hotel. Got in late. They took my passport and handed me a key. I arrived late and looked tired. Next morning breakfast had ended sooner than anticipated but the staff quickly offered to let me take from the buffet and sit down. Giordano(the chef) got wind of what had happened and stepped in to make cappuccinos and a cheese platters and offered lots of advice on the area and the areas I would be visiting. I also briefly met the owner who owns the hotel and iGreco wine and olive oil. They gave me samples. They were friendly and welcoming which I have found some Italians are not so much. Overall just a great experience.

Excellent. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant. They offered the menu and to make us off menu items. The chef came and spoke to us personally. The staff was very professional and friendly in their job. The food was outstanding. Many trips to Italy and this was best meal ever had here. Chef Giordano made meal so special.

Tutto perfetto. Però non c’era la possibilità di regolare autonomamente l’aria condizionata. Né temperatura né accensione e spegnimento. Occorreva chiamare in reception. Non molto comodo, se durante la notte avremmo voluto regolare temperatura. Così come era impostata era molto rumorosa, percui l’abbiamo fatta spegnere prima di dormire. Per fortuna che non era molto caldo quella notte
