This was a beautiful property very clean and peaceful. Loved watching the sun rise and set beautiful views!! Host was amazing great easy communication would return for sure!! Cannot say anything bad about it, very nice to get out of the hustle of the city and relax!

Cabin was super clean when I arrived. Hot tub was great as well. the oven did set the smoke detector off but that’s not a huge deal. As a cabin cleaner myself I was impressed with the cleanliness. We did wash dry and fold all the linens before we left and washed and put away all the dishes as I know that’s a time saver cleaning cabins. My nieces and daughters are already saving for their next trip out. Only maintenance issue I found was the sofa bed was a little wonky when we pulled it out but it slept well according to my neices. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Very friendly and accommodating host. Beautiful home with beautiful views. Perfectly tucked away in a very convenient place. Close enough to smell Gatlinburg but far enough to enjoy Appalachia.

This home was beautiful. The beds were comfy and it was perfect for our vacation after vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location is perfect if you aren't wanting thr busy downtown life right at your front door. Perfectly quiet and a beautiful view.

Cabin was exceptionally clean and better than the pictures shown. We loved it!! Great peaceful location. Enjoyed the hot tub daily. Short ride to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, both of which were really crowded. Was so nice to come back to the cabin where there was peace and quiet! Would recommend and will return ourselves.

Riding the Smokies

We loved this place for our honeymoon. Very quiet & clean. We didn’t realize how close some other places were, so there was a lot of commotion from other neighbors. But that was nothing the host could help! We definitely rent this place again!

Check in was smooth. Cleanliness was average. Floor seemed clean. Wasps inside living room. Main sofa needs repaired/replaced. Found long hairs and stains on sheets in master bedroom leaving us to believe sheets were not changed. Fridge handle was loose and I had to repair it. The hot water for showers, dishes, and laundry was pleantiful. The air conditioning and fans were fine. Game room was nice for kids. Hot tub was fine. There were no check out procedures listed so we followed typical guidelines and common sense practices for checkout. The biggest hit bringing it to 4 stars was the hairs and stains found on the sheets. Aside from that, we’d stay again, but see the property is for sale.

This was an excellent small cabin to spend a few days at. Derrick was great with communication and very polite. The place was very clean and seemed like a new build. Dishes and cooking utensils are provided for convenience. Towels and bed linens are provided. Clothes washer and dryer were very convenient. Arcade games in the loft for the kids or the kid in you. There were only a couple cons to the property: There is currently no wifi there so we had to use a Hotspot for the computer to conduct what little bit of work we had to do. Derrick says wifi is on its way though. That being said, our data connection was full bars. The only other thing was the camera by the hottub. They disclose that security cameras are in use, which is understandable, but it's a bit unsettling utilizing the hottub with one in the area; whether or not the hottub is actually in view of the camera I don't know but it could definitely pick up your coming and going to the hottub. Also, a privacy fence around the back patio would be desirable to block the hottub as neighbors are in full view of it. Basically, the hottub isn't private. We loved the property and the host. Tootsie does a very wonderful job keeping the place immaculate! Tip Tootsie for her wonderful services!! We would love to stay at this location again when visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area!

The cabin was beautiful and perfect! Easy to find and great location to go to Great Smokey Mountain National Park. Great field in the back that the kids loved to run around and catch fireflies. Host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing. The interior was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day riding our motorcycles from Alabama. Derrick was very responsive to any questions! I will look into staying there again.
