Welcome to Mt. Sunshine! Discover the ultimate mountain escape in this stunning 3,300 sq ft cabin in Cosby, TN. With jaw-dropping views that will leave you speechless, this retreat boasts an infinity pool and hot tub for your relaxation. Host movie nights in the state-of-the-art theater or sip cocktails in the secret speakeasy. Accommodating up to 22 guests, this cabin is ideal for family reunions or getaway weekends with friends. The Space:
* Secret Speakeasy Room: Sip cocktails in the secret speakeasy (if you can find it) while you play poker or card/board games and watch your choice of sports, shows, or movies on 2 side-by-side tv’s.
* Movie Theater Room: Kick back in one of 12 reclining chairs and watch your favorite movie on the big screen. Don't forget the popcorn!
* Heated Infinity Pool & Hot Tub: The mountain views from the pool are unmatched! Reach out to us about heating the pool before your arrival.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home, including the driveway, pool & spa, fort, and all exterior amenities.
We welcome your pups but require a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep them off of all furniture. Excess hair and fur on the furniture requires additional cleaning from our cleaning staff and will result in additional charges

Our property is just a 7 minute drive from the Cosby entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Getting Around:
During the Winter months we suggest all wheel drive vehicles. Any other time of year 2 wheel drive vehicles are okay.

Other Things to Note:
* The pool and spa are maintained once weekly by a professional pool and spa company.
* We offer pool heating for an additional $288 per day. If the outside temperature is below 40 degrees, we cannot guarantee the pool will heat to your set temp. Please reach out for more details.
* Pool Depth: 5 FT
* We allow up to 2 dogs for a $250 pet fee. We just ask that you keep your pups off of the furniture and keep them crated if they are left at home alone.
* Wedding event fee: $2,000
* Must have a wedding coordinator

Beautiful.

Beautiful cabin with an amazing view of the mountains. My family and I enjoyed everything. The owners were great and very attentive. The home is a new build and a couple issues but nothing that wasn’t fixable. If you enjoy hidden and quiet places this is definitely one of those gems. We even got special visitor Thanksgiving night, a mama bear and her four little cubs also enjoyed the home. I would definitely love to re visit this home in the summer. Thank you king rentals!!
