"Sometimes your next getaway is right down the road. We had a blast in the pool - the surrounding communities are typical small Iowa towns with enough chains to satisfy everyone's go to fast food in a pinch. Bring a shade structure and enjoy the swimming pool all day long."

"This property was exactly what we needed for our annual family reunion. With six bedrooms (all virtually identical, so no fighting over who got which) and two full bathrooms, we had plenty of space. And the fully furnished kitchen was great. Our hostess even let us eat any food that was there (including a bottle of wine). The youngsters had fun playing in the sandbox outside and the loft inside. And the walkers in the group made the rounds of the onsite pond, as well as a nearby rock road."
