Modern appartements in the heart of Dolomites

Residence Settsass is located in the centre of Colfosco right next to Sassongher mountain. You can access hiking trails literally from your door step. Appartements are modern, fully equiped, clean and cosy. Staff is friendly and speaks atleast English, German and Italian. Staff didn’t try to push any services but where really helpfull with everything we were looking for. Even though it is near the village centre the neighbourhood is very peacefull.

Great location, friendly staff, specious rooms and equipped for self-service, beautiful hiking trails. Since we visited in early October 2023, off season time, limited number of open restaurants and public activities. Since it was not specifically posted on the Expedia description, we were surprised with lack of basic amenities such as salt, coffee, dishes soap, kitchen paper towels, shampoo etc. Highly recommended and be prepared.

The property and staff are wonderful and it's right in the middle of the Dolomites so hiking is just a matter of walking out the door. There are restaurants, a small grocery store, and playground all easy walking distance. One caution: some of the rooms say "sleeps 4" but when I added kids they weren't available due to what appears to be an Expedia bug. After booking with two adults and checking in they said there is a charge for kids of a ludicrous 25 euro per day per kid. But as with much in Italy, this can be negotiated significantly lower.

We have no words to describe how good our experience was. The apartment was wonderful, pleasant and clean. We loved every moment of being at our little home away from home. The room was spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The personal attention and care we received was above and beyond We will definitely planning to come back again. Thank you again for everything!

Perfecta ubicación y excelente acogida

La residencia está en un lugar privilegiado en el pueblo de Colfosco, con preciosas vistas a los Dolomitas y con acceso a pie a varios de los senderos más hermosos de Val Badia. A sólo media hora se puede llegar andando a las cascadas de Pisciadu. Los apartamentos son muy confortables y están decorados con gusto en un estilo moderno. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para una estancia prolongada. Limpieza impecable. Los dueños son maravillosos, nos proporcionaron una acogida cálida y mable con especial atención a las niñas, que disfrutaron mucho de la compañía de Tea (una perra muy cariñosa) y Luna (una cervatilla). Volveríamos sin dudar.

Comfy B & B in Italian Dolomite mountains

Cute, comfy B&B in Colfusco. Some what querky decor. Modern bath. Balcony with great view of mountains. Very comfortable, except no control of temperature in room. Great breakfast of tea, coffee, juice, cereal, breads, cold meats and cheeses, yogurt, pastry . Friendly, helpful hosts. Not the ritz, but very good value.
