"Hotel-fazenda com excelente infraestrutura e bem diversificado!! Infelizmente está faltando uma boa manutenção das estruturas e o atendimento não é bom! Fica muito a desejar... o café da manhã é bem fraco e no sábado foi caótico... o jantar na pizzaria é fraco, a massa das pizzas parece com as compradas no mercado/industrializadas e sem graça, murchas... o jantar do buffet também é fraco!! A Fazendinha também está bem mal cuidada... minha filha detestou! Uma dica seria ter mais piscinas...

"Embora prestativos ficam com regras inflexíveis que são incompatíveis com um bom atendimento, mesmo avisando que horário de check-out seja 11:00 não existe prorrogação porque no domingo após esse horário fazem uma limpeza rápida e fecham a pousada. Tinha cabelo no box. Outra coisa, o site disse que a reserva estava confirmada porque indiquei cartão de crédito, mas exigiram envio de pix para confirmar reserva, são estresses desnecessários para quem quer simplificar as coisas."
