Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the district of borgo Poggioni with 7 houses 10 km from the centre of Portole, 18 km from the centre of Cortona, 25 km from the centre of Castiglion Fiorentino, in an elevated position. Private: property 1'500 m2, flowers and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 9 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5 km, railway station "Camucia-Cortona" 20 km. Nearby attractions: Arezzo 45 km, Perugia 50 km, Pienza 65 km, Assisi 85 km. Please note: car recommended. On the estate animal husbandry. The owner has a dog.
