The villa was more beautiful than the photos depicted. It was spotless and well-appointed with ample towels, pillows and kitchen equipment. We were a party of 10 so we occupied the entire house which consists of 3 separate units all with its own kitchen and a common area including a washing machine. Everyone had a comfortable bedroom with AC and only one suite had to share a bathroom. The views to the rear of the property are breathtaking and there are lounge chairs outside to enjoy the peaceful scenery. One evening we hired a chef through the extremely responsive and helpful host, Denyse, and enjoyed an amazing Tuscan feast. The city center is a short UPHILL walk well worth the trek. There is also plenty of parking for those less adventurous. We hope to return soon to this magnificent venue!

We just stayed at this property in Cortona, Italy, and it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s three apartments you can rent separately, each with two bedrooms. We rented the whole house for six people, all family. Having a big living area where everyone could gather and open a great bottle of wine from our day trips through wine country was perfect. The location is really convenient. Cortona is just a walk up a couple of hills, and the parking was fantastic. Our host, Denyse, went out of her way for us. Taxis are tough to come by in Cortona (I was told there are fewer than five), and we needed a ride to the train station in Terontola. She set it all up for us round trip. The house was well stocked with wine glasses and plates, and the outdoor space was great. There’s plenty of patio furniture and an outdoor dining table. Every bathroom has a blow dryer, and every apartment has a mini split for AC, in case you’re wondering if the listing mentions it. Bathrooms were very spacious,My only complaint is the beds. They were pretty hard, and I ended up putting patio cushions on my mattress to make it more comfortable. This may just be a European thing, and I don’t want to sound picky. But a mattress topper would make a big difference.Other than that, it was a stunning property with amazing views of Tuscany. We loved it.

Splendid spacious house, very well equipped with a wonderful garden. The situation was perfect, in a quiet location just outside the walled town but only a few minutes walk from all the activity of the centre. Highly recommended.

Great location! Steep walk up to center city but Cortina is worth it. Each apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and bathrooms and each has a Kitchen. The washing machine wasn’t working when we were there, but the host was very gracious and picked up our laundry and did it offsite for us. Highly recommend this stay!
