"It was an enchanting whole apartment typical rustic Tuscany/Umbria…if you are Aussie and in Italy for a while and cooking for yourselves you might want to buy a set of tongs and a spatula. Fraticciola is a short drive to Cortona Conad a huge shopping centre where you can buy everything…there is a large fridge/freezer, 4 burner gas stove, washing machine..the hosts are lovely and very kind..hose outside to clean the car…we spent a week and used it as a base to visit Siena, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Arezzo…highly recommend! Though our visit was in the off season, the only thing we didn't get to use was the pool as it was just too cold. The breakfast, though, was the best we have ever had while traveling!
