"This is a good average place to stay slightly on the outskirts. For the most part this place met my requirements for a small kitchenette and 2 beds. Room was average, felt safe, 2 TVs and kitchenette was just enough. There is a full size refrigerator, 2 burner electric stove, MW and dishwasher. There were pots and pans left in the DW by previous guests. Most of them were very dirty and greasy, not worthy of use.
There were cobwebs hanging in all corners and at doorway corners as well. Bathroom was average, corners were dirty and saw bugs a few times. Housekeeping was able to clear bugs as needed.
Laundry was ok, medium sized, on expensive side $3.50 for washer and $3.50 for dryer.
They offered basic free breakfast which was good for quick mornings. I would stay here again despite minor concerns.
THE MAIN ISSUE was they did not provide Early check in despite multiple calls and polite requests. The check in staff "eguy0" said they were completely booked. However, when looking for the restroom I spotted multiple rooms (atleast 3)vacant, clean and ready to use. This staff was very unfriendly and difficult to talk to. At other times, there were a few members who were kind and reachable. "
"The room looked ok first glance but once you really paid attention to detail it definitely needed work. The grout in the bathroom had mold as well as the ceiling was peeling off there was poop or a blood smear on the wall right above the trash can in the bathroom as well as the main light in the bathroom didn’t work. The curtain had 3 different tracks put up and was on two separate tracks so you couldn’t open the curtain very far as well as it was falling off the tracks. There was dents in the walls as well. I had also put in a special request for a crib and when I got there the crib wasn’t in the room and when I asked the front desk about it they said they didn’t have any but I showed them on their site that they did and the girl that was behind the desk had to go get a pack and play. The carpets on the stairs were extremely grungy looking and you could tell there was no effort in cleaning them. The window in the room also had no screen whatsoever. The outside definitely needed work as well there was chucks of concrete missing from the outside walls. It definitely could use some work cleaning wise and fixing things wise but the beds were comfortable."
