Eight is a lucky number

It was perfect. The hotel was easy to access by car, and just a short walk from the main centre for restaurant and shops. We were looked after so well, made to feel very much at home. The food was creative and beautifully presented. The eight hotel was a generous and helpful hist for our stay. Would highly recommend it.

The property is gorgeous and staff is attentive and went above and beyond. However, there were major issues such as noise from the club downstairs and the air in the bathroom not turning off. If you want to relax and sleep this is not the place!

Beautifully decorated, great breakfast

Overall good. Our room 102 was nice, but had no hooks and awkward space. Towels were crammed onto the side of the sink, as there are no racks or shelves so the bathroom was awkward. Hooks near the entrance would be really useful. Breakfast here is incredible with fabulous service. Bar drinks are pricey and came with attitude. Overall it’s beautiful but getting to and from ski hills is a bit of an ordeal. Be prepared to walk….

Not a good value for money

I was given a very small room and quite different from what I saw on the pictures. I’m sure it was not a Junior Suite. Actually it was not a suite at all as it didn’t have any sitting place except for the tiny chair and desk. Decor was outdated, bathroom old and dark. Poor toiletries amenities and towels. Breakfast was good though but for almost 600 euros a night I expected much more.

시설은 현대적이고 깨끗합니다. 프런트, 식당등 모든 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 예쁜 식당에서 괜찮은 조식을 먹을 수 있습니다. 그리고 위치가 코르티나 중심이라 시내 어디든 접근성이 좋습니다.

Uno scandalo

5 stelle vanno al personale delle colazioni e dovrebbero tutti imparare da loro. Il parcheggio nella proprietà dell hotel e’ garantito solo agli amici o alle auto di prestigio. Pretendono le chiavi senza gestire la presa e la riconsegna solo per spostarti la macchina se devono parcheggiare quelle di lusso al tuo posto. Ho trovato un danno sulla parte alta della mia auto chiaramente fatto da un camioncino durante il carico e scarico sul retro dell hotel, fatto notare al personale e chiedendo di visionare le telecamere la risposta è’ stata ci dispiace non abbiamo telecamere solo una sulla porta dell ingresso del personale (tradotto arrangiati). Le camere che dicono essere ristrutturare lo sono a metà: gli armadi sono i vecchi vetusti, i bagni sono vecchi con rubinetti consumati dal tempo. Ho prenotato e pagato per una camera superior sul sito pubblicata per 20mq ma mi e’ stata assegnata una 3,5 mt per 3,5 mt più il bagno. Ho fatto notare il problema mi è’ stato risposto che quella camera fa parte delle superior perché ha vista Tofane. Tutto questo mi sembra uno scandalo. Consiglio di evitare questa struttura al cui prezzo potete soggiornare nei 4 stelle VERI!

There was nothing we didnt like. Everything was perfect! The view from our room was amazing. The staff was even better. It was our first time at Cortina and probably our last since it is not an easy trip for us but if we ever go back, Hotel Europa would be our first choice.

Great days hiking with Europa Hotel as our base

Recently refurbished to a stylish high-spec. The staff were all really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great location, a super quick walk into town. Collapsed into the comfortable beds at the end of long days hiking. My only quibble was there was no way to access Netflix or Prime onto the big new TV, or even to stream from our phone/laptop. So bring a HDMI cable with you!

rinnovato ma organizzazione pessima

le camere al primo piano sono rinnovate ma fino alle 5 della mattina sono avvolte nella musica della discoteca vip che si trova al piano terra nella lounge estensione della hall dell'hotel. Abbiamo chiesto tutti i giorni di controllare il termosifone nel bagno che non ha mai funzionato, sempre in bagno mancano i portasciugamani a parte quello sul bidet ed un gancio per gli usati, abbiamo chiesto tutti i giorni alla reception almeno uno sgabello per poter appoggiare i teli doccia e quelli per le mani ma non è stato portato e gli asciugamani nuovi ci venivano lasciati sul letto... Il massimo dell'assurdo raggiunto quando per poter entrare in discoteca ovviamente pagando regolarmente il biglietto ci hanno detto di uscire dall'hotel e fare la fila al freddo per rientrare nella hall condivisa con la discoteca nonostante la beffa di doverne sentire la musica in camera fino alle 5. Questo hotel non è consigliato per chi ha il sonno leggero almeno ai piani bassi. Colazione a buffet nella norma. Posizione dell'hotel ottima in centro ma non è possibile riservare il parcheggio che non sempre è disponibile. Rapporto prezzo/qualità e servizi enormemente sproporzionato.

Good potential, selfish approach

Cute but small refurbished rooms. Unfortunately we were placed in a first floor road facing room issue being that the VIP club below which was great fun is unable to control any drunks fooling around during the morning hours. We only managed to fall asleep by 6am. Security is so capable of controlling the club entrance however totally disregard what ever happens once people exit the club and hang around.
