"The hotel is clean. The room decor and bathrooms are beginning to look tired. "

"My friend and I had a wonderful three-night stay at this small hotel at the foothills of an amazing mountain range covered in olive trees, cliffs, and lush green fields. I had an issue with the original room they put me in, but they quickly made accommodations to make me comfortable in a different room and take care of a few other minor issues that came up. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable in the mornings. I got used to the extremely steep hill to get down and up from the hotel, but it was definitely a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future."

"Great hotel close the beach and with a wide range of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice view over the plaza. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool is very small though and there is barely space for any sunbeds. We paid 15 Euros per day for parking in the Zapallito car park (arranged through the hotel) which was well worth it as you can come and go as you please."

"We stayed at SO/ Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort for our 10-year anniversary and it exceeded expectations. The team made us feel so special with a handwritten note, champagne and fruit in our room, and even upgraded us. The room was beautiful, with a bathtub by a large window and a spacious terrace for sunbathing. The facilities were fantastic for both adults and children. Our son loved the kids’ pool with inflatables and the free kids’ club, he couldn’t wait to go each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. My husband had a golf lesson, which he thoroughly enjoyed and learned so much from. The spa was amazing, and we loved that kids are welcome in the mornings. Our son really enjoyed it, while we treated ourselves to a couples hammam, massage, and a salt flotation experience, all incredibly relaxing. The gym was well-equipped and I joined a great Pilates class. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and great care taken with our son’s dairy intolerance. Overall, a truly special stay, we’d definitely return. "
