  • A comfortable and cosy 120-square-meter house located 2 hours from Paris, south of the Puisaye region and 20 minutes from the medieval construction site at Guédelon, St. Fargeau Castle and its historical reenactments, the Colette Museum in St. Sauveur, and the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-Salon, and
    It is in a small hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire, that we have converted this detached house, with its private garden, from an old farmhouse dating from the 18th and 19th centuries

This appartment is perfect for a lovely, quiet stay. Very clean and nicely furnished, very well equipped. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and The balcony offers shade to sit outside till mid-day. Very friendly host who was always available on WhatsApp :) We'll come back :)

The owner makes you feel very welcome

Next to an overall 5 star rating for this new, very clean, and well equipped appartment it is worth mentioning that the owner of the appartment makes you feel very welcome. Communication with her in the period before the stay was very clear and informative, but above all very friendly. During the stay this remained the same. Questions were answered very quickly.On arrival in the appartement there were some drinks in the fridge, and cookies in the kitchen. A small thing but a nice touch.We really liked our stay in Corte.
