"Staff are very accommodating and cost- friendly stay budget hotel. Strong wifi. Food is ok if you are not picky. Fairly clean but there’s an intermittent foul odor we dont know where it was coming from. We stayed in the lower ground/ basement roomPillows and towels may need a little bit of changing or deep cleaning bit smelly frim other users maybe. "I stayed here for 4 nights. I decided to stay here because this is a newly built hotel near my Fiancé’s house. On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. I have to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because of this. "The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...

"The staff were friendly, the property is average but for a 3 star accomodation it’s meets the standard and expectations. There’s heaps of Ants around maybe the property could do something about that. Overall, I recommend this hotel . We only stayed here for 3 nights. I am not sure what it’s like for long stay. "

"When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM."

"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...
