Take advantage of both balconies for the restful sound of the beach or the start of happy hour for work or play. A 2/3-minute convenient stroll to Port Aransas beach via private boardwalk.

Golf, fishing, birding, water sports, pickle ball and fine dining enjoyment are available minutes from this strategically placed property...just bring your suntan lotion and beach towels!! Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday.
