This 5 bedroom, 4 bath pet friendly beach house, sleeps 14 and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with large TV, DVD. Modern kitchen equipped for family gatherings! The 1st floor (with its own private entrance) has Bedroom 2, with a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and bathroom. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed – they share a bathroom. The 3rd floor has the primary bedroom with a king bed, a new flat screen tv, private bath and private balcony! Bedroom 5, 3rd floor as well, has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and private bath. This oasis has a fenced in yard with a wonderful sitting area under the palapa and and a nice patio area with a propane grill. Guests do not get garage access – but there is plenty of spacious parking in the driveway (4 – 6 spaces depending on size of vehicle). Please be aware there are external cameras on this property. Pool can be heated for an additional $100 + tax per night, for the duration of your stay. Please request when making reservations. Takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. STR#297060

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
