This condo is a dune away from the water and HAS BEEN TOTALLY REMODELED. You can still enjoy Mai Tai's at sunrise while listening to the waves roll in! There is a private boardwalk which takes you over the dune and right to the beach. Newly updated remodel after Harvey. 2ND LARGEST FLOOR PLAN IN THE COMPLEX so plenty of room. If you need to watch TV while at the beach, 3 HD TV's, DVD players, high speed internet. Tile throughout! Ceiling fans! One of the most unique condos at Coral Cay. This condo you will remember!

I cannot describe it any better other than we have decorated this condo to try to give you the feel of “Fun Fun Fun” at the Beach!

Located in Port Aransas on Mustang Island off Highway 361. PORT A is famous for deep sea fishing. There are fishing tournaments galore. Visitors can buy shrimp right off the boats or catch their own fish and have them cleaned and cooked at local Seafood Restaurants. Everything is conveniently located within a minute or two from the condo.

We love the beaches, restaurants, lots of shopping with the small wharf fishing town atmosphere. All within close proximity to the condo.
Nature tourism is at its best on Mustang Island, which has one of the highest bird counts on the Gulf Coast. You can download birding brochures for the Port Aransas area by going to Port Aransas Chamber of Commerce web site and go to things to do!
Just 30 minutes to Corpus Christi takes you to Waves Water Park, Corpus Christi Hooks (minor league baseball), The Texas State Aquarium, USS Lexington (The most famous U.S. aircraft carrier).

We’ve been staying at Coral Cay for years in many condos. We really enjoyed this condo because the bathrooms are located in the bedrooms which is very nice. Great access to the beach.

My second time to stay here. Once again it was very nice. Well stocked. Office/staff and owners very responsive when we had an issue with a key. Close to food, shopping and right over the dune is the beach! Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Great time at the beach!

This is a nicely decorated property with great proximity to the beach. The boardwalk is right outside the back door. We could hear the gulf waves from the back patio, and had no noise from neighbors. The on-site property managers are very responsive to requests and questions. It’s a great place to relax and be near the beach.

Getaway to Port A

We checked in easily and took time to unwind on the porch, just listening to the surf. The condo was excellent, with adequate furniture for the family to relax and the location was perfect. Great wifi for the work needs. We loved going into town in the evening, and tasting some delicious local cuisine in Port A. Our time at the beach was awesome. Will be back!

I have stayed at Coral Cay a few times throughthe years, this Condo did not disappoint! I loved the location of the condo, so close to the beach! The condo was very clean, updated, welcoming, kitchen was well equipped, Closet with beach toys, a few games, and books, nice touch:). I will definitely rent this Condo again!!!!The check in was great, Office staff were so nice and helpful. Trip to the clean laundry room wasNice as well! We will come again. Thank you.

Perfect beach getaway for the family

We loved our stay! It’s the perfect location. You are literal minutes away from the beach. The amenities were everything you would need. Very thoughtfully organized and decorated. Perfect place for a family to stay with small kids. Definitely would come back. We had a mishap with one of our kids and both the hosts and the property managers resolved it really quickly and easily.

Great location!

Easy to find. Close to lots of shops, stores, restaurants. Definitely close to the beach! It was clean. Happy to find the little things like paper towels, coffee filters, some spices, some beach toys. Air conditioning worked well. Had ceiling fans. Wi fi available. Liked the decor-especially all the signs! Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo on Beach

The condo was awesome. Owner accommodated our late check-in with ease. Many highlights are in other reviews so I will only touch on a couple things: 1. Large living area and kitchen for a beachfront condo 2. the AC was great as temperatures outside were in the 90's 3. The condo is on the 1st floor and there are beautiful natural dunes between the patio and the ocean, so you cannot actually see the water from the condo. However, you can hear the waves from the patio and the boardwalk is right next to the unit. Great location!

Minor Issues

Given Two Keys. One did not work at all. The other was difficult to get door unlocked due to, I assume, salt environment in door look. With only one operating key and doors automatically locking when they shut, we had a constant concern of getting looked out. TV remote in Living Room was not working. Great Location for Beach Access!!!!

Great Beach Condo

Beautiful beach condo! Just a small walk across the bridge to the beach! A/C works AMAZING! The inside is decorated nicely, kitchen has plenty of space, 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 pull out sofas. They are planning remodeling but it’s a fantastic location as is. The door knobs on the front and back door are terrible with the keys and if it’s possible it would be amazing to incorporate even a small washer and dryer or one of the newer all in ones just to assist in all the towels and clothes from the beach. Other than that I 100% recommend the unit and the condos! Condo staff is very friendly, we didn’t use the pool because well Oceanfront but it was being used regularly, outside wash off area and garden hose for washing gear. Close to the stores and golf cart rentals. If your looking for a great condo I highly recommend
