Sea Gull #509: Beachfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom With Spectacular Views and 24 Hour Management

Sea Gull Condominiums unit 509 is a fifth floor fully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath beach front condo located on Mustang Island. It boasts a walk in shower in the Master bathroom and a deep tub/shower in the guest bathroom. Relax on comfortable leather furniture in the living room while watching activity on the beach or enjoy viewing television on the 48" HD swivel screen TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout as well as a home theatre system with radio and DVD player. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom features both a queen and twin sized bed.This unit has all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen. The beach is only steps away and Port Aransas with shopping and restaurants is close by. There is an aero bed for extra sleeping space. Condo sleeps 6.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

    Excellent getaway!

    Well appointed, comfortable and clean, as advertised. The staff were extremely friendly and the location is perfect for being close, but not in the thick of things in Port A (precisely what we looked for). The complex is lovely, with a pool deck and beach access. This was great for a couple's getaway and would be perfect for a family trip as well!

    Loved our stay. Property was in tip-top shape. Loved the amenities at the beach. Appreciated easy hotel-style check-in while still enjoying the benefits of condo living. Can't think of any negatives! Highly recommend this condo and this property overall.
