You will be welcomed into a newly designed contemporary interior which is awash with natural light and merges a flow-through living/dining area. This unit is a beachfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, condo with comfort and luxury in mind. Facing the Gulf of Mexico, this 11th floor condo has a marvelous view of the ocean with a complimenting mirrored wall set to make you feel as if the beach is all around you. Just a quick ride down the elevator and your toes are in the sand!

Features you will love about this condo include floor-to-ceiling windows with an unobstructed view of the Gulf Coast. Overflowing with counter space and cupboards, this ultra-modern recently updated kitchen will surprise you with top-of-the-line appliances, marble countertops and fabulous pendant lighting. Find a restful hideaway in the lavish main suite that boasts a luxury ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and serene views. A true oasis, the main bathroom has been fully modernized and features a walk-in shower and granite countertops. The guest room has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a Queen size EZ mattress for your additional guests.

The building has easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk and with the Sandpiper being just outside of town, the beaches are typically less crowded. The Sandpiper offers so many options for everyone including a 24-hour staff at the front desk, shuffleboard, pool table, ping pong, multiple lounge areas, tennis courts, bird-watching areas, a huge swimming pool and hot tub, grilling areas with both gas and Webber charcoal grills, all with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Sandpiper offers daily rental of beach canopies during peak season (lounge chairs are free) which they will set up and take down for you so all you need to worry about is relaxing and having fun.

The condo was beautiful & comfortably decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with all essentials. The balcony ocean view was amazing!The shower in the primary bathroom did not have any water pressure & never got hot. The twin bed frames were very unsteady & loose. The frames looked & felt like they'd collapse at anytime. The property was very clean, the staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub were clean & great to relax in. We loved how close the beach access was!

Water shut offs

Twice during our 3-day stay, the water sensors tripped because someone was taking a shower (just humidity) and the water was cut off. We had to wait for a maintenance worker to come turn the water back on inside the condo. Very inconvenient and unpleasant experience.The game room had a pool table but not a complete set of pool balls and only 1 pool stick had a tip. The rest were ruined. The pool table was located under what felt like dryer vents (blowing hot air on us - it was already 90 degrees in the un-airconditioned game room).The dining room table was some weird multi-game table (pool, poker, ping pong, etc). We couldn't sit at it to eat as we couldn't fit our legs under the weird table with the chairs.I won't be returning to Sandpiper. Very unpleasant.
