The Sandpiper's third-floor, two-bedroom, two bath unit 308 offers convenient access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. It is mere steps from the stairway if you want to bypass the elevator and get a bit of exercise! Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the air-conditioned comfort of the spacious living and dining area. Or bask in the sun and the ocean breeze while relaxing in style in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony.

Modern style and comfortable furnishings - complemented by tile floors throughout - invite you to spread out and enjoy. There is a television in each bedroom and the 47-in HD TV in the living area has expanded HD cable and a DVD player. With high speed internet service, you are sure to stay connected, entertained, and relaxed during your Port Aransas vacation.

Unit 308 accommodates six vacationers with a King bed in the master, a Queen and a Twin in the second bedroom, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area. An open floor plan and well-equipped kitchen can easily handle a hungry contingent of beachgoers. The private bath in the generously sized and well-appointed master suite features a large, tiled walk-in shower. The hall bath, with full tub and shower, connects to the second bedroom through a private door.

Unit 308 comes completely equipped with sun, surf, sand, sea birds, and ocean breezes with plenty of fine dining and entertainment options only a short drive away. Come and enjoy!

Winning combination

Lovely beach view with great layout to handle dining, cardgames, conversations. Uncrowded beach perfect for shell seeking as well as wave hopping and boogie boards. Thanks to condo owner providing various beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn't have been more than a 5-6 minute trip -including elevator then quick walk on boardwalk. Condo amenities via 24x7 desk service for towel/umbrella/lounge chair was stellar. High marks, rain or shine.

Awesome beach vacation condo

We loved our stay at the Sandpiper. The Condo was great with an awesome view. Easy access to the beach and close to all the town fun. Best part is that all you really need to bring for the beach is your bathing suit, sunblock and a cooler full of cold drinks. Oh and sand toys for the kiddos.
