Needs Some TLC!

The location of the property is great, and amenities on location are great (community pool, washer and dryer). However, this particular unit needs some serious TLC. It smells very strongly of cigarette smoke and is not very clean. We had to wipe down several surfaces with sanitizing wipes (sticky drink rings, sticky handles and knobs, etc). There was a used coffee filter left in the coffee pot, which was not in great condition itself. The mattresses are sagging. Our friends stayed in the unit next door and it was in much better condition. This unit really needs some work before renting it out again.
