Relaxing Coastal Treasure on the canal

Relaxing home on the canal in a quiet neighborhood with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a common room with a sofa bed. Large kitchen with EVERYTHING you need, open concept kitchen living and dining. Large screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors without mosquitos. Upper and lower deck for relaxing or fishing. Lower deck can accommodate your boat or you can try your hand at crabbing. Front yard is completely fenced for your dogs and we have a fire pit for enjoyment, s’mores or just relaxing in the evening. Boat parking is available on the canal if you have a boat or you can launch your kayak right from the house.

A true treasure like the name!

This is a prefect spot to stay and relax while visiting the island. Highly recommended and we hope to come back!

Wonderful setting right on the water. Great back porch outfitted with hammock and comfortable chair

Well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed some good home-cooked meals with family. Great TV and wyfy. Allowed for relaxing conversations and plenty of games at the beautiful kitchen table.

Family Beach Fishing getaway

Bonded over beachtime, meals at house, porch laughter, fishing lessons off the pier and bird photos, are all priceless memories made. Thank you for a complete package. Just bring food, clothes and a good attitude. Deer sightings made memorable.

Close to shopping, fun, restaurants, and the bay. Fish literally jump feet out of the water in the canal. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great spots to gather as family! Very responsive host who has thought of everything and makes great cold brew!

A Treasure for sure!

Nice little getaway! Easy to get to and nearby HEB made nightly meal choices easy! The beach is an easy driving distance and the deck made for some relaxing morning fishing before the day started. The host is quick and responsive to any questions or problems. The house has pretty much anything you need! Lots of fans, kitchen

We were down for a dive meet. The house worked out perfectly for us. The host, Tanya was amazing!! She was extremely helpful and accommodating. My husband was obsessed with the oscillating fan in the master bathroom!!

Well appointed and clean

Tanya is very hospitable and responsive. She has really made an effort to make her home comfortable and her guests feel at home. Everything was very clean. There were plenty of supplies, which we really appreciated. It was really nice to not have to buy trash bags, soap, cleaner, shampoo, detergent, and cleaning supplies. We were just able to make ourselves at home and enjoy our trip.

Great home in quiet neighborhood

We travel to Corpus several times a year and we always use VRBO, this was one of the top places we stayed. It was very clean, it was in a great area that was close to a lot of different things. The house was a great size. We love the screened in porch and the back deck. We love that we have the ability to bring our fur kids with us. It was a great experience all the way around. The house has a lot of great amenities with it as well. Little things that you normally don’t think of on vacation and you get where you’re going and you remember that you need it and it was there for you. We will definitely be back to this place. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

September Stay

The property was clean and Tanya was easily accessible. While the house is technically on the canal, it is at the very end and the view is not the best. Not that Tanya could have done anything about it, the smell ftom the canal was pungent. It made it unpleasant to sit outside. The house was satisfactory for the stay.

Wonderful Peaceful Retreat

This was a last minute find! It was an amazing home perfectly located on a canal for boats and next to a nature preserve. We were welcomed by deer in the mornings and fish in the evenings. The is very warm and welcoming. We loved the hammock, the gorgeous orchids, sitting on the deck watching the fish and the entry water feature. The small details like beach towels, water toys, games, DVDs etc. I can’t wait to bring my grandson. I will definitely revisit this home. Thank you Tanya!!

WR LOVED THIS PLACE!

Wow this place honestly exceeded our expectations. Tanya has thought of everything to make us actually feel like we are the one and only most important house guests ever. All you'll need when coming here is your own clothes and food, and she has everything else. She even has a nice washer and dryer! Her attentiveness to questions made us feel like we had been friends for years. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for peaceful walks or bike rides. Next time we go to the coast, we'll be checking this availability before deciding which dates. You just can't beat the price for all the perks and blessings of being in her home space. Thank you Tanya!!!

Was really a great find for a rental. My family and i stayed here for a week. Great location, very clean, AC was cold and the water was hot. Tanya is a great host, attentive and great communication. We will definitely be staying here whenbin corpus again
