REEL Paradise! is a 1 Bed, 2 Bath Townhome style Condo nestled in a small community of only 8 units. We are about 748 sq ft offering an Upstairs Bedroom with Queen size bed, tub/shower, balcony and washer/dryer. Downstairs boasts a full kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as much like home as possible, Our Living Room is furnished with a full size Sleeper Loveseat, bath with shower is just inside the entrance patio at the rear. The unit has a small Coastal style spiral stairway, duffle bags may be more friendly to climb than suit cases. We are Perfect for 1 Couple or a Small Family to enjoy some quiet time in a relaxed atmosphere. 1 DOG Under 20 lbs (pic required) May Be PRE Approved By Owner with $45 Non refundable Fee & other restrictions. You MUST contact me before bringing a boat, kayak, jet ski or paddleboard. Security Cameras On Property To Monitor The Front And Rear Of The Building for the protection of owners and guests. Perfect location for a relaxing stay. Minutes from the beach, beautiful sunrise and sunset. Host communication was perfect before and during our stay. My wife has already checked the calendar to book again soon.

Great couples stay on the water!

Right on the water, clean, comfortable, close to the beach as well. My husband and I had a fantastic trip and enjoyed this home so much! We sat on the back patio and even fished just a few steps from the back patio! I would 100% stay here again! Great check in and communication!!

Weekend Getaway

Reel Paradise was perfect for a couple looking to relax. The small complex is on a wide part of the channel and is open and peaceful. The unit is clean, the complex is cute and the owners are great. Pretty much everything you need is provided and you can tell they take great care of the place and their guests. Would absolutely rent the same place again.

Best Beach Stay

Richard and Linda were beyond amazing from the first message. Beautiful house with such a great view. We loved being able to just walk out back and fish or just watch the boats go by. Very clean it felt like we were at home at their place. I don't think we will ever stay anywhere else when we take a trip down to the beach. Thank you for letting us have a piece of your heaven.

Great fishing spot

Loved all the comforts of home with access to a great fishing spot. The location was close to many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Richard was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay. We hope to stay again when we're ready to catch tons of fish!

Perfect home away from home

Richard was great to communicate with and very helpful, best owner we have come across, A+++. Property is perfect and back terraces have amazing views of the water, if you get up early you can see dolphins and a beautiful sunrise. Location is peaceful and quiet. We liked it so much that booked our summer trip before we even left.

REEL Paradise! was perfect for a couple's short getaway. Clean space, nice furnishings, everything you could need during your visit. More amenities than we had the time to use. Awesome decks overlooking the water, just outside the backdoor. Relaxing and carefree time spent.

Home away from home

Second time staying and will not be the last. Communication with owners, specifically Richard, is always timely, and he will keep you informed of the things going around. Love the place! It was quite during the winter and can tell you that during summer with neighbors around, you will not even notice them. Book stay your stay, you will not reject it.

The property & condo was breathtaking. Being able to step off the deck and be right there on the fishing deck was incredible! I was quite disappointed in the fishing at this location.. as that was the biggest part of why we booked here. Spent a lot of time fishing & barely even got any bites. Otherwise, was a wonderful stay.

Relaxation Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here! Communication was phenomenal, location was perfect, views were stunning, beach was close, restaurants were delicious. It is a perfect size for two people. My only word of caution is the only way to get upstairs to the bedroom is by climbing a narrow spiral staircase with very tall steps! I'm a shorty, so it was work for me. I just kept repeating, "High knees. High knees!" Even so, I'd happily stay here again!

Lovely

First off, the communication from the host ( Richard) was perfect! Response to queries were fast, factual, informative and helpful! The accommodation was just perfect for our family of four (with teenagers) and was very accurately described in the ad. The lab scientist in me loves that things are labeled. I especially loved the views, they were spectacular at night and early mornings! Thank you so much, we have enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it to our friends!

Location, Location, Location

This property is the perfect spot for your fishing or beach getaway! We enjoyed the short drive to Whitecap Beach, as well as fishing at the jetties, or just walking out the back door where we caught speckled trout and mangrove snapper for a couple of our dinners. We have stayed in other condos in the past, and I have to say, this condo was stocked very nicely with everything we needed in the kitchen. The communications with Richard were just as other reviews had mentioned. Not only was he very quick to reply, he also was very helpful with any questions I had about the area. My wife and I cannot say enough nice things about this property, it very much felt like home for four nights. We will without a doubt book another trip.

PERFECT for our young family!

The rental, host and overall experience could not have been better. This was our first time staying on this part of the island as we usually stay IN port aransas. However, this area (and rental if available) will always be our Texas coast go to. You had all the perks of port aransas - beach, restaurants, shops, atmosphere - without the over crowded chaos and partying. The rental was situated on a canal so we could enjoy the water, but it was SO quiet and nice. The private deck/dock allowed us to put our baby to sleep and then spend the evening fishing while still being in range for the baby monitor, which gave us some relaxation time together we dont normally get. The host was absolutely wonderful in communicating with us and the rental was beyond stocked with everything you could possibly need and more than any other place weve ever stayed with from VRBO, Everything was nice, new, and spotless. We so enjoyed this stay, and would recommend it to any young family looking to get away and relax.
