Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 2-bedroom house in Corpus Christi. The space features a queen bed, a triple bunk bed(singles), and 1 full bathroom. Perfect for families or groups, especially those who may be out of town refinery or construction workers. Guests can relax in the welcoming living room, which includes a comfortable new memory foam sofa and a leather sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, soaps, bidy wash, conditioner. With new central heating and AC, the house stays pleasant no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this home offers a cozy retreat. Close drive to downtown entertainment, restaurants, plus attractions at North Beach, such as the Naval Ship, Aquarium, A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
Quick drive to the beach at Padre Island, but more economical than staying on the island. (There is a rear duplex building rented to quiet tenants with no cars.) You will have off-street parking for up to 4 cars. It has all just been remodelded with new cental ac, heat system. Wifi
