I love this property. It is my go to place in Rockport. I stay there 3-4 times a year. Parts of it are old and tattered but the rooms are very clean! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and the lady who maintains the breakfast area is a joy

Overall it was a great stay! Staff was super helpful and friendly! Check in and out was smooth. AC stopped working on the last day but the did their best to fix it. Would have liked more breakfast options and coffee/ water 24/7 but would definitely stay again!
