It has a full kitchen, step-free access, and a smart TV for easy going evenings.

This is a cute 375 sq ft, 1 bath studio condo. It has a full kitchen with some utensils, cookware, and plate ware. The kitchen has a 2 person breakfast bar and a drip coffee maker. It has a fridge/freezer with an ice maker, a electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher. For the sleeping arrangements, there is a comfortable queen bed, and a nice sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 as well. I total this condo can accommodate up to 4 guests



Walking distance from Padre Beach!!! Guests will have step-free access to the pool and hot tube, as well as the coin laundry room, common lounge area, and picnic tables conveniently located around condominium property. will have access to free parking on premise (2 vehicles limit, RV/trailers are permitted with prior approval). Guest will have access to the outdoor grill & picnic area



Quite, cute surrounding area, with areas to rent golf carts/ moped head, grab dinner or go play putt putt



There is an ungated entrance to the parking lot in front of the property, very close to the entrance (so no hauling luggage a long way)



There is a smart TV with free WiFi in the condo. Linens /towels area provided throughout and the condo has central heat & A/C
