This gorgeous property features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, making it the perfect retreat for families and groups. You will be greeted by an open and airy living space, complete with a large dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes a wine fridge. The living area also features a comfortable sofa sleeper and a balcony with breathtaking views of the sunrise. This property also comes with a 6 passenger golf cart for your entire stay making it easy to explore the nearby beach. Enjoy access to a shared pool and ample parking for up to 3 vehicles. It was a beautiful home and nicely decorated. We loved the set up and how accommodating everyone that was involved. The golf cart which was included and the 100.00 voucher was nice. We went with the 3 chairs umbrella and table. We also got the ice chest and cart which came with a bike. The parking pass only cost 12.00 I recommend buying 2 one for your car and one for your golf cart, you can buy them at any convience store, grocery store, etc. The location was close to everything. The elevator made groceries and luggage to the different floors simple. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the large clean hot tub each evening.We plan on coming back with the my daughter and grand kids. Steve was a wonderful host. The whole island was friendly.

Location of property was nice and had plenty of room for our party of 9. Location was not far from beach, gas stations and gift shops. Golf cart came in handy and was a nice way to travel. Living room and kitchen were spacious and had a nice little balcony off the main living area. Some things I feel should have been mentioned in the description of the unit include:1) Main living area and kitchen are on the 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs frequently. There is an elevator available which was useful for my mother who isn’t able to climb stairs and useful for transferring groceries and ice chest but moves slow and seemed faster to use stairs most of the time. 2) 2 of the 3 bedrooms have VERY high mattresses. If you have issues that prevent you from climbing, getting on the beds will be challenging. My sister had to purchase a step stool to get onto the bed. My sister is 5’2 and top of mattress hit about chest level. 3) This last one is on us, but in case you have a family member that needs handicap accessibility, I wouldn't call the entire place handicap accessible. Bathrooms don’t have hand rails or seats for bathing and the shared pool is elevated with 3 steps to climb up to pool deck. The pool has a handrail but it’s too far from the stairs to help get you in and out of if you need assistance. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves and made some good family memories.
