Newly built in Summer 2021, @LandsEnd is a 3BR/2BA home furnished with relaxation and comfort in mind. @LandsEnd is mere minutes from Estes Flats, which boasts some of the best redfish and trout fishing in Rockport. Find your premium boat launch at Cove Harbor Marina, located a short 2 miles away.

Grill out and dine alfresco in the shaded lounge. On the wraparound deck, kick back and enjoy the breeze in a lounger or relax in a rocker as you sip a crisp beverage. Enjoy some much needed R&R in the quiet neighborhood while soaking up the views of the wide open verdant landscape.

Ample boat parking underneath the home completes this rental.

LIVING AREA

Vaulted ceilings and lots of windows fill the spacious living room with natural light. Unwind on the extra large sectional that offers an abundance of plush seating and stream a movie on the 70-inch smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will enjoy preparing and entertaining in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances.

When it’s time to eat, the dining table offers seating for six with additional seating for five at the bar.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a 50-inch smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and a smart TV.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend leisurely mornings and evenings on the breezy wraparound deck equipped with two loungers, two rocking chairs and an outdoor table that seats six.

The downstairs outdoor area features a shaded alfresco lounge outfitted with a sofa and chair, as well as outdoor dining for eight.

While preparing the day’s catch on the outdoor gas grill, friends and family can strike up a friendly game of cornhole.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer/dryer.

Parking is available for three vehicles in the driveway. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is boat parking under the home.

Access to this stilted home is via a flight of steps from the driveway.

LOCATION

This Bahia Bay property is conveniently located between the heart of Rockport and Aransas Pass. An ideal locale for fishing, hunting, shopping, or a day of sun and surf.

Fish the Estes Flats or set off on a deep-sea fishing charter from Cove Harbor Marina, just minutes from your vacation rental.

Head to Rockport Beach for a day of sun and surf. Enjoy a memorable meal at nearby Paradise Keys or sample a variety of dining options in downtown Rockport.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect Family Vacay!!

The house was very clean, had lots of space for my family and all the kiddos. Only 10 minutes from the Ferry to go to Port Aransas. We would stay again!! Property Manager is definitely communicative and we really appreciated that the whole stay.

Land's End was absolutely lovely! The feel was definitely a "home away from home" feel! It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was easy to find (Thanks, Google!) and was relatively close to everything we wanted to see/do. I would absolutely recommend this home for your next getaway!

Loved this house !

Everything was so clean ! Very comfortable! The A/C is as amazing ! Everything we needed was there . The only thing that we couldn’t get to work were the TVs in the bedrooms . Other than that I will definitely be back !

Great place to stay!

Really nice place to stay – very relaxing with a great balcony and downstairs outside sitting area. Very close to a lot of areas Dash close to Rockport and also close to Port Aransas. If going to the beach, I would definitely recommend Port Aransas over Rockport. Rockport beaching was awful lol we were definitely stay here again that’s very nice accommodations. It was very clean and furnished very well. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Charming & Comfortable

This beautifully decorated home includes pretty much everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay. Plenty of extras as well, including pillows, blankets, foldable luggage racks for suitcases, a variety of games, and beach towels! The upstairs porch includes rockers and lounge chairs and provides needed shade and a comfortable place where breezes flow. A little difficulty on the 1st day regarding the code to enter but the issue was taken care of efficiently and cheerfully. We’ll be looking forward to staying again!

Beach Home away from Home

We loved our beach experience at Lands End! It was so inviting & cozy from the kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare & cook, to the beautiful the nautical decor, all 3 comfy bedrooms, the porch rocking chairs to the lounge area underneath the house with us playing cornhole-all of it was great for R&R & connecting!! Perfect Getaway

Directions were easy to follow. Home was ready for us. Everyone bedrooms were cleaned. Plenty of fresh smelling towels. We didn’t have much time for TV time but did enjoy a movie on Sunday. Nice big 65’s. The best family time was sitting on outside deck enjoying the sea breeze. We used the grill for some burgers and enjoyed sitting on the bottom patio. Thank you for making us feel welcome in your home.

We loved it!

The house was beautiful inside and out. The house has simple yet chic decor, is well lit, and so cozy. Our family loved the location also, with easy access to Rockport Beach, and the Port Aransas ferry and so much more. The house also has a beautiful outside living area and wrap around deck with beautiful views located in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely highly recommend!

Look no further !

This home was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway! It had enough towels and overall supplies around the house . The outdoor area was amazing for my morning coffee and my night wine ! Definitely booking in the future only 15-20 min from the beach after you get on the ferry . Great stay!

We came down for sandfest. The house could not have been more perfect. It is well laid out, decorated and very clean. A lot of thought was but in to thing you will need. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend others to stay as well.
