    We require that the guest booking the home signs a rental agreement and we do require a security deposit hold on a cc that is released after your trip as long as there are no incidentals or damages (much like a hotel does).

    We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and a few trash bags to get you started but you will want to bring more if you will be staying for more than a few days. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, plenty of hand soap and dish soap.

    Coffee: We have a dual drip and keurig coffee maker. We do provide coffee and pods but please bring your own if you want more of a selection. We also have a variety of creams and sugar.

    Towels: We do provide bath towels for the house but we ask that they stay at the house. We also have a washer/dryer onsite if you need to do laundry.

    Parking: There is parking for four cars plus a golf cart under the home. There is no parking in the street per the HOA.

    Security Camera: There is a security camera at the front entrance only for your protection. Please do not tamper with the camera or the camera hub that is behind the TV console.

    Trash: There is a community dumpster for all of your trash.

    Bugs: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately, because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

We had an amazing stay at Jessica’s property! From the moment we booked, Jessica was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. She even tried to provide us with discount codes for nearby amenities, which was such a thoughtful extra. The house was perfect for our group of seven. Everyone had plenty of space and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The home was stocked with just about everything we could possibly need! Including thoughtful extras like individually wrapped Q-tips, makeup wipes, and other toiletries that many rentals don’t provide. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the downstairs patio was huge and quickly became our favorite spot to relax and spend time together.Overall, the home was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. Just a little heads up the community pool is a big small, so a private pool would have been a nice bonus. But we were still grateful that the community had a pool for us to use. There was also a pond for catch and release fishing that has a fountain that lit up at night, unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it we will definitely have to try it out next time we come visit.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other!

We had wonderful experience, the property owner was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. The home itself was nice and well taken care off. The 4 car parking accommodation was great. We will definitely be booking again with Caney Creek beach club again.

This is a great location and spacious living area. The decor was perfectly “beachy” and our family had a great time. Shells, surf, and sand castles were all within a short golf cart ride away. The outdoor shower was a bonus, allowing us to wash, rinse, and repeat each day! Even the upper bunks in the “kids room” had surprises waiting. Five stars all around.
