We had a wonderful stay. The location was great just a few minutes from Whitecap Beach. The house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped and the host was wonderful answered our questions very quick.

It was a beautiful home and comfortable. Everything felt like a short drive away. Pool was heated. And masters had a nice balcony view

Plunge pool was dirty. No batteries or dead batteries in ALL remotes. Sheets were not clean. (Black particles) Bathroom lights were out or flickering. Coffee, but no coffee maker. Keurig, but no Kcups. Moldy patio cushions & chairs. Towel racks were loose and downstairs had no rack nor towel. No returned call from property manager.

Weekend getaway

The property was as described. 3 issues came up that were promptly acknowledged by the management: 1) Dog excrement was found at the side of the house from the previous occupants. Cleaning crew failed to check outside. 2) The family room rug was covered with thorns, likely transferred from previous pets that stayed there. The weave of the rug allowed them to be woven in and further driven in with the vacuum. I would recommend getting rid of the rug and getting a less plush rug to prevent thorns being embedded in them. We hand pulled out 30-40 bush thorns but continued to feel more when walking on the rug. 3) The master bedroom TV was not working. Please check all remote batteries before each occupancy.
