    Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

This was a super fun place to stay! Very cool and unique home with everything needed for a great stay. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. We celebrated our son’s birthday and this was a trip for the books.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I requested another bbq grill because the one on site was unusable and another one was brought by the house. The furniture is in need of an update and barstools are way too tall to sit on. Never did figure out how to open mechanical blinds.

All (except 1 in bedroom) of the black motorized blinds did not work and were locked down, making it very dark downstairs. Called manager and they sent a guy and he could not fix. He called manager and they informed him all motors were out and the blinds will not work. Stuck down with dark halls and rooms! NO towel or toliet paper racks in any of the three bathrooms. No Kleenex! Barstools too tall for bar and unusable! Couch terrible, have to get to floor to get up off couch. Backyard had not been mowed or cleaned up in months. Called on Tuesday and guy showed up four days later to mow (day before we left). No place to put any luggage in bedrooms. No shelves, no nightstands, no luggage racks, no room for any of the above.And finally, behind the house the new high school is under construction. Workers firing up all kind s of construction equipment all day and the floor-to-ceiling windows put us in a fish bowl for the 30-40 construction workers that were as close a 15' to the windows. Friday night they turned on big generator lights and worked all night paving with cement trucks. Started at 1:30 am and quit about noon on Saturday.House is a great art gallery but needs to overhaul the livable and functionality to be considered. House will need sheer blinds in big back windows to shut off the high school activity and people 15' away.Hope that helps rethink how to fix this rental property.
