There were some bugs, dirty towels, and dirty shower. There’s a Denny’s and some other fast food places nearby, but not very walkable and didn’t seem like a safe area.

The stay was ok. Not too happy with the $100 dollar deposit. But happy we were able to give it in cash and got it back. After room was inspected. Highly recommend for you to take pictures and show them everything wrong with room. Hotel needs some update and newer furniture. Ok for a night stay but if longer, would not recommend. Breakfast was pleasant.

There is a $100 check in fee that you don’t know about till you get there. The guy at the front desk is VERY RUDE and unhelpful. The pillows are small. The room had no trashcan. Breakfast was good. Water temperature is lukewarm. Called and ask for a check-in. Very rudely the guy said rudely no cause he was shorthanded. He knew the hotel was packed and needed more shorthanded. I said that’s

The bed was confortable with a big tv. The bathroom was awful and the fridge was broken. Went to breakfast early morning, they had no eggs. We had to wait for the guy on the counter to cook them, no orange juice, they forgot to put it on, it was frozen and said we had to wayit 25 minutes to thaw out. Overall it was a 2 star hotel

Pool was not enjoyable. It was cloudy n looked dirty. Room was clean and smelled great however found 4 bugs silverfish under pillows n sheets. Tv was not working n rooms were full so we couldn't move to another room. Pillows were to soft but bed was comfortable.

excellent place for the price

The service was excellent. They treated me wonderfully. I needed a baby bed, and they got me a new one. They were very kind. The place isn't luxurious, but it's not simple either. It's very well located; almost everything popular is within a 10-minute walk. I never imagined they also had breakfast. The waffles were delicious.

Easy to find with google maps. No clear entrance or exit. Adequate space in room for 3. Breakfast adequate. Thanks for eggs and bacon. Coffee available all day, and if none, would make more in 10 minutes. Room coffee horrible, too weak, but available in lobby all day . All employees friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. Bed was not comfortable because it was noisy and couldn’t sleep. There was no cold water in the shower we took a bath with hot water. The bathroom door was broken. Breakfast was good but the coffee was decaf only.

The room was big and mostly clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was 6-9 and we went down about 7:00. Usual breakfast of waffles, 2 muffins, lots of bagels, coffee, cranberry juice, and apple juice. No orange juice. No coffee cream except for flavoured sh*t. No sugar. We have never seen a hotel or motel run out of basic necessities. Why no cream or sugar? How can you not keep cream and sugar in stock?

Needs improvement

Our room AC wasnt working. We did get changed to the adjacent room but AC stoppped cooling around 3. We were sweaty and uncomfortable. Didnt see a point waking everyone up to move again at that our. Bathroom and shower where still unsanitized ....pubic hairs on walls and tub...gross.... Staff was friendly and kids had fun in the pool but everything else really needs help especially room cleaning.

Great staff. Very helpful and patient. Room needed upkeep. Mattress was very old and lumpy. Only two small pillows per bed. Did like the large TV and channel selection. A lot of people at breakfast. Staff did their best to keep the area clean and fresh food.

The photos should show reality, the horrible rooms, complementary equipment such as the super dirty iron of clothes and ended up damaging my clothes, breakfast does not exist it only offers you coffee and a yogurt of dubious origin, the only good thing is the attention of the staff at the reception who are quite friendly, otherwise it is not a place I would return to for free....

Front desk staff rude on the phone, room had roaches in bathroom, linens & towels were stained, paint chipping off the doors. I am actually doing this review for my brother who stayed there for 3 days. The only thing that was on his good list was the location. He will not be staying there again & says people need to ask to visit room before staying in it. He realizes it is hard to do so, after already locked into staying before your stay.
